For now

I have a lot more written, several more chapters, but there just isn't enough interest from people to justify continuing. One of the people to whom I showed some of the early chapters told me that, in all honesty, if it hadn't been handed to them by someone they knew, they would have stopped when they got bored with it, a few pages in.

It occurs to me that a lot of people think they have a great idea, and have created something extremely special and enthralling, only to discover years later that all they did was write the screenplay to 'Waterworld' or 'Ishtar' or something. I think this is going to end up being one of those cases, so it's for the best to stop it now before it gets any further.
